Ingredients For sweet eggs

  • 1
    whole egg
  • 3
    eggwhites
  • 1/4 c
    soy or skim or fat free milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    raisins
  • enough water to cover raisins for heating
  • 4 packets of splenda

How To Make sweet eggs

  • 1
    place raisins in microwavable bowl, cover with water, heat for about 90 seconds. until raisins are soft and begin to plump. Drain excess water.

    Place one whole egg and 3 egg whites in small mixing bowl add vanilla, cinnamon, splenda and milk. mix well.

    Add raisins and mix. Place mixture in large soup cup. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
