    stevia packets
  • 1/4 c
    coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 medium
    zuchinni, shredded
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    coconut flour
  • 1 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • pinch
    salt

How to Make Super Moist Zuchinni Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. in a bowl,stir stevia, coconut oil, vanilla & egg
  2. In a separate bowl, sift coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & salt.
  3. combine wet & dry ingredients, then stir in the zuchinni.
  4. pour into a greased 9x12 pan...bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins...till toothpick poke comes out clean.
