- 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 1 - egg white
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract,divided
- 15 - mini filo shells
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh
- 1/4 cup shaved or finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
How To Make strawberry tartlets

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2In a small bowl,stir together ricotta and yogurt.

Step 3Blend in egg white and 1 teaspoon of lemon extract.

Step 4Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes,until the filling sets.

Step 5Let cool on rack.

Step 6Meanwhile,gently toss strawberries with 1 teaspoon lemon extract.

Step 7Just before serving,spoon 1 tablespoon of the strawberry mixture onto each tart.

Step 8Top with chocolate.
