CHOCOLATE)…Birthdays, Weddings, Book Club, Poker Games, ….
Just great for any function adult or for children. Let the kids help - that makes
them even more special..... Awesome flavour and fun to eat.

Serves:
12 - 1inch balls or double and make more or larger.
Prep:
1 Hr 30 Min
Method:
No-Cook or Other

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 c
    icing sugar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 c
    rice krispies or special k
  • 1/3 bag(s)
    sweet choc. chips
  • 2 c
    chopped coconut

How to Make Snow Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix well the peanut butter and icing sugar.
  2. Add chopped nuts and krispies or special K
  3. Roll into balls and roll in coconut.
  4. Refrigerate to set - 30 min.
  5. Melt choc chips in measuring cup in microwave,
    30-45 seconds and stir until smooth.
    microwaves vary so watch carefully.
  6. Dip tops of the balls in the chocolate and put
    in refrigerator so set.
    ENJOY...….
