Ingredients

rolled oats
1 1/2 Tbsp
oil or light margarine or coconut oil,melted
2 tsp
sugar or splenda sugar
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
4-5
apples:peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
sugar or splenda sugar
1 c
water, or more if necessary

How to Make Quinoa Parfait

Step-by-Step

  • 1For Oat Crumble:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
  • 23. Evenly spread on a baking sheet or large 13x9 glass baking pan and bake until golden brown, about 7-10 miniutes. Set aside to cool.
  • 3Put in cups and put fat-free cool whip on the top.
  • 4For Quinoa: Cook one cup quinoa according to package directions. Once cooked ,add 1 1/2 teaspsoon cinnamon, mix well. set aside to cool.
