- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil or light margarine or coconut oil,melted
- 2 teaspoons sugar or splenda sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4-5 - apples:peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar or splenda sugar
- 1 cup water, or more if necessary
How To Make quinoa parfait

Step 1For Oat Crumble: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

Step 23. Evenly spread on a baking sheet or large 13x9 glass baking pan and bake until golden brown, about 7-10 miniutes. Set aside to cool.

Step 3Put in cups and put fat-free cool whip on the top.

Step 4For Quinoa: Cook one cup quinoa according to package directions. Once cooked ,add 1 1/2 teaspsoon cinnamon, mix well. set aside to cool.
