  • ·
    cooking spray
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 stick
    unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 c
    pumpkin butter

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Bars


  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with foil; coat with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk the flour, oats, confectioners' sugar, pie spice, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Work in the butter with your fingers until clumps form. Press three-quarters of the dough into the baking dish; spread with pumpkin butter. Crumble the remaining dough on top.
  3. Bake until browned, 40-45 minutes. Transfer to a rack and let cool completely in the pan. Remove and cut into pieces.
