  • 2 cans pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese

How To Make pumpkin mousse

  • Step 1
    in medium bowl, combine pumpkin, honey, cinnamon and lemon peel. Mix well. Fold in ricotta cheese. And refrigerate for 1 hour.
