My dear friend, Connie Lamb gave me this recipe and it has been a real winner!
If you only have vanilla whey powder, just add a T. of cocoa powder- that is our favorite option. We often use almond butter for peanut butter so I didn't specify.

Ingredients

1 c
nut butter
1/2 c
brown rice syrup
1/2 can(s)
whey powder (chocolate is best)
1/4 c
milled flax seed
3/4 c
chocolate chips, mini

OPTIONAL: COCONUT, DRIED FRUIT

How to Make Power Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1MIX TOGETHER: Then form into small ball, smaller than a walnut. I use a mellon baller or small ice cream scoop.
  • 2Store in container, separate layers with wax paper. Keep refrigerated.
  • 3Should make approximately 25 balls, at 140 to 150 calories per ball. If you find you have made 35 balls, they are 100 calories each.
