My dear friend, Connie Lamb gave me this recipe and it has been a real winner!
If you only have vanilla whey powder, just add a T. of cocoa powder- that is our favorite option. We often use almond butter for peanut butter so I didn't specify.

brown rice syrup
whey powder (chocolate is best)
milled flax seed
chocolate chips, mini
OPTIONAL: COCONUT, DRIED FRUIT
How To Make
MIX TOGETHER: Then form into small ball, smaller than a walnut. I use a mellon baller or small ice cream scoop.
Store in container, separate layers with wax paper. Keep refrigerated.
Should make approximately 25 balls, at 140 to 150 calories per ball. If you find you have made 35 balls, they are 100 calories each.
