I make this dessert for most of our holidays, My adult kids love it. It goes well also for cookouts. I also usually double this recipe because we're many people.

Ingredients

1 package jello pistachio instant pudding mix 3 oz.
1 can pineapple chunks 20 oz with juice
8 ounces cool whip
1/2 bag mini marshmallows

How To Make pistachio fluff dessert

Step 1

Combine pineapple with the juice and dry pudding mix in a bowl. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows and chill.

Step 2

You can add chopped nuts or marashino cherries if you want too. I have added the cherries for Christmas time.
