pistachio fluff dessert

I make this dessert for most of our holidays, My adult kids love it. It goes well also for cookouts. I also usually double this recipe because we're many people.

Ingredients For pistachio fluff dessert

  • 1 pkg
    jello pistachio instant pudding mix 3 oz.
  • 1 can
    pineapple chunks 20 oz with juice
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1/2 bag
    mini marshmallows

How To Make pistachio fluff dessert

  • 1
    Combine pineapple with the juice and dry pudding mix in a bowl. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows and chill.

    You can add chopped nuts or marashino cherries if you want too. I have added the cherries for Christmas time.
