Melt butter in large glass baking dish. Add flour and nuts. Mix and press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees until browned. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 cup cool whip. Spread on cool crust.
Mix thawed pink lemonade, eagle brand, and 1/2 cup cool whip. Spread over second layer.
Mix chopped nuts and cool whip. Spread over lemonade layer. Chill overnight before serving.
