pecan diamonds
The first time I ate pecan diamonds I fell head over heel. I LOVE honey ,I LOVE brown sugar, I LOVE pecans. Those ingredients once mixed together are just ULTRA ESQUISITE, ULTRA TASTEFULL AND ULTRA SCRUMPTIOUS . Every time I eat them it is purely ethereal. "The human race is divided into two classes-those who go ahead and do something, and those who sit and inquire why wasn't it done the other way?"

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/3 cup cream
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cups broken pecans
- CRUST
- 113 cups flour
- 1/4 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- pinch of salt
How To Make pecan diamonds

Step 1Make crust by mixing all the ingredeints and mold it at bottom of a 8 by 8 square pan. Pre-bake for about only 8-10minutes 350 degrees.

Step 2Put the cream, honey, butter, and both sugars in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Bring mixture to boil while stirring until it reaches 240 degrees. Then remove from heat.

Step 3Add the pecans and stir until fully incorporated.

Step 4Pour immediately over crust and spread into a even layer. Bake for about 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 5If you love honey like I love it here is what I do. I melt about 1/2 cup of honey with 2 Tbsp of melted butter and mix it well. I brush the pecans to glaze them. Cut in diamonds shape and voila! I never can have enough pecan diamonds...I especially love it in the DIAMOND SHAPE. Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend!
