How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge

  2. Grease a large, heavy bottom dutch oven with 1/2 cup butter, leaving excess in dutch oven, add sugar and evaporated milk, and bring to a boil, stirring often, over medium heat.
  3. cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 230 (just before soft ball state). Remove from heat; add peanut butter and marshmallow cream, beating with a wooden spoon until blended.
