    butter
  • 5 c
    sugar
  • 1 can(s)
    12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 jar(s)
    18oz jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1 jar(s)
    7oz jar marshmallow cream

How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease a 13X9 inch pan or baking dish with butter. Set pan aside.
  2. Grease a large, heavy bottom dutch oven with 1/2 cup butter, leaving excess in dutch oven, add sugar and evaporated milk, and bring to a boil, stirring often, over medium heat.
  3. cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 230 (just before soft ball state). Remove from heat; add peanut butter and marshmallow cream, beating with a wooden spoon until blended.
  4. Work quickly, pour fudge mixture into prepared pan; cool and let stand until firm.
