My family begs me to make this every year and everyone loves it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 can 12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 jar 18oz jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1 jar 7oz jar marshmallow cream

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    Grease a 13X9 inch pan or baking dish with butter. Set pan aside.
  • Step 2
    Grease a large, heavy bottom dutch oven with 1/2 cup butter, leaving excess in dutch oven, add sugar and evaporated milk, and bring to a boil, stirring often, over medium heat.
  • Step 3
    cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 230 (just before soft ball state). Remove from heat; add peanut butter and marshmallow cream, beating with a wooden spoon until blended.
  • Step 4
    Work quickly, pour fudge mixture into prepared pan; cool and let stand until firm.
