Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 can 12oz can evaporated milk
- 1 jar 18oz jar creamy peanut butter
- 1 jar 7oz jar marshmallow cream

Step 1Grease a 13X9 inch pan or baking dish with butter. Set pan aside.

Step 2Grease a large, heavy bottom dutch oven with 1/2 cup butter, leaving excess in dutch oven, add sugar and evaporated milk, and bring to a boil, stirring often, over medium heat.

Step 3cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 230 (just before soft ball state). Remove from heat; add peanut butter and marshmallow cream, beating with a wooden spoon until blended.

Step 4Work quickly, pour fudge mixture into prepared pan; cool and let stand until firm.
