Here in the Jersey "boonies" up in the far NW pocket, I volunteer to coach a children's running program in the winter. It's cold, so to make it fun, decided to have a Beach themed relay race as part of practice. I needed a prize for the winning team and came up with this recipe. Warning: they are sinfully good!

These muffins are perfect without frosting, but you can add and glam them up with an umbrella if so desired

Ingredients

1 box dunkin hines pineapple supreme cake mix (18.25 oz)
1 package dunkin hines coconut pecan frosting (15 oz)
4 - eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water

How To Make outrageous pina colada muffins

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350

Step 2

Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended, scraping bowl with spatchula to ensure you get the sides.
Step 3

Pour into muffin papers and bake about 20 minutes or until tops are brown and cake springs back. Do not overbake.
