Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons very hot water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin, unflavored
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup orange juice, frozen concentrate
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, or to taste
How To Make orange whipped cream topping

Step 1In a very small bowl, mix gelatin with 2 Tbsp very hot water. Set aside.

Step 2Put cream cheese and orange juice concentrate in a large mixing bowl. Whip until fluffy and smooth.

Step 3Add in cream and keep whipping until soft peaks form.

Step 4Add extracts and zest, continuing to whip.

Step 5Mix in sugar. Then stir gelatin and whip at high speed until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
