Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of bread
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 package cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade

Step 1mix softened cream cheese with marmalade, set aside. in another bowl beat eggs and milk until mixed. in a separate bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Cut crust off bread slices roll bread slices flat with rolling pin

Step 2spread cream cheese marmalade over flattened bread and roll up tight, repeat this process until all bread slices are ready.

Step 3dip roll-ups into egg mixture, fry on all sides until golden brown. roll in cinnamon sugar mixture and let cool for just a few moments, eat while warm. You can dip these in syrup but I like them just like they are when they come out of the cinnamon/sugar! **You can use any variation of filling with these, cream cheese and any flavor jam, peanut butter and jelly, I have used PB&J with honey to and it is delish!**
