How to Make Orange cream stuffed french toast roll-ups
- mix softened cream cheese with marmalade, set aside.
in another bowl beat eggs and milk until mixed.
in a separate bowl mix sugar and cinnamon.
Cut crust off bread slices
roll bread slices flat with rolling pin
- spread cream cheese marmalade over flattened bread and roll up tight, repeat this process until all bread slices are ready.
- dip roll-ups into egg mixture, fry on all sides until golden brown.
roll in cinnamon sugar mixture and let cool for just a few moments, eat while warm.
You can dip these in syrup but I like them just like they are when they come out of the cinnamon/sugar!
**You can use any variation of filling with these, cream cheese and any flavor jam, peanut butter and jelly, I have used PB&J with honey to and it is delish!**
