These are moist and tasty also easy to make. I made these for my Dad who was diabetic as a 'treat'. They don't last long!!

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 - apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup sugar (or splenda)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make oatmeal apple raisin muffins

Step 1Beat egg. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 2Pour into muffin cups (3/4 full) 400 for 15-20 minutes. **Options--add nuts/put cinnamon, brown sugar, margarine mix on top.
