For those who don't consume alcohol. I got you covered. For every tablespoon of dark rum required in a recipe you can substitute 1/2 tablespoons (1 ½ teaspoons) of rum extract. ...That means you would substitute 4 tablespoons of rum extract to equal the flavor. This recipe is the opposite of my "Naughty Elf Rum Balls".

- 1 (12 oz) package vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 1/3 cups coconut, flaked
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/8 cup confectioners' sugar
How To Make nice elf coconut rum balls

Step 1In a large bowl combine crumbs, coconut and nuts. Add sweetened condensed milk and rum; mix well.

Step 2Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Store in covered container in fridge for 24 hours.
