Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 ounce package of nabisco chocolate wafers
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make nabisco chocolate refrigerator roll

  • Step 1
    Beat cream with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently stir in vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Spread 1-1 1/2 teaspoons whipped cream onto each wafer; stack, then stand on edge on platter. Frost with remaining whipped cream.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into diagonal slices to serve.
  • Step 4
    Variation: Assemble as directed. Freeze until firm. Wrap tightly. Store in freezer up to 2 months. Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
