Mousse a L'erable
I serve it in a parfait glass to add a little more sophistication of my original roots.
I simply love to dig in it with my long spoon and just savor and enjoy the creamy texture.
- egg whites
- 11/2 c
- brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp
- cream of tartar
- 1/3 c
- 1 c
- walnut pieces
- 1 tsp
- maple flavor
How to Make Mousse a L'erable
- 1Cook sugar, water and cream of tartar over double boiler.
Constantly beat the mixture until it forms peaks.
Remove from heat add flavor and continue to beat until thick.
If you wish, you could add the nuts.
