This new dump cake recipe I created is grasshopper, filled with mint fudge cookies and Andes mints and without the alcohol.

Ingredients

  • 15 mint fudge cookies
  • 10 Andes mints, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 teaspoons mint extract
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, sliced thin

How To Make minty grasshopper dump cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Add mint fudge cookies in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped Andes mints.
  • Step 3
    In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, mint extract, and green food coloring; whisk well until blended and smooth.
  • Step 4
    Pour into the cookie mixture and spread evenly. Slowly add the cake mix onto the mint cream mixture, drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and add margarine slices on top.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool completely.
