Ingredients
- 15 mint fudge cookies
- 10 Andes mints, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 teaspoons mint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, sliced thin
How To Make minty grasshopper dump cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Add mint fudge cookies in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped Andes mints.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, mint extract, and green food coloring; whisk well until blended and smooth.

Step 4Pour into the cookie mixture and spread evenly. Slowly add the cake mix onto the mint cream mixture, drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and add margarine slices on top.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool completely.
