This is the best lemon dessert recipe I've ever made. It's easy to make and always a hit at get-togethers.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2(8 oz ) packages cream cheese
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups whipped topping
3 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
5 cups milk

How To Make luscious lemon dessert

Step 1

Crumble together flour and margarine. Blend together and press into the bottom of a 9x13x2- inc h pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees; let cool.

Step 2

Cream confectioners' sugar and cream cheese together. Add 2 cups whipped topping. Whip together and spread on cooled crust.
Step 3

Mix 3 boxes of lemon instant pudding with 5 cups of milk.(Do Not Follow directions on pudding box). Pour over 2nd layer and top with additional topping.
Step 4

Chill thoroughly before serving. Serves 12-18
