low carb magic “cookie”
Several of us have recently switched to a low carb lifestyle at work and we are always coming up with new ways to satisfy the cravings. This one was a mixture of two ideas. The “cracker/crust” base is great by itself and can be used for savory dishes as well. The topping is what I call my candy bar.

Ingredients
- 1 - keto/low carb street taco size tortilla
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon pecans, in pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon zero peanut butter chips
- 1/2 tablespoon zero chocolate chips
How To Make low carb magic “cookie”

Step 1Place Keto Street Taco Tortilla on a paper towel in microwave.

Step 2Microwave on high for 55 seconds. Your microwave may vary but, what you are going for is a cracker type consistency.

Step 3Take the tortilla out of the microwave and brush with melted butter.

Step 4Top with ingredients in this order; Unsweetened Coconut, Pecan Pieces, Zero Sugar PB and Chocolate Chips.

Step 5Place back in microwave for 30 seconds on high to melt the chips.

Step 6Allow to cool before enjoying. Topping ingredients can be adjusted to your liking.
