Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 1/2 packages gelatin, unflavored
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 ounces frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 sprig mint
How To Make lemon, honey, and vanilla sour cream panna cotta

Step 1-Add milk and half and half to sauce pan. Pour gelatin over milk mix and sit for 5 mins to soften -On low to med heat whisk in sugar until gelatin and sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Barely simmering -Off heat add sour cream, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Pour in ramekins or glasses -Set in the fridge for 1-2 hours

Step 2Coulis -In a sauce pan add frozen berries, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook on med heat for 5-8 mins. Add cornstarch -Strain through fine sieve. Place thick sauce in the fridge to cool.

Step 3-Pour sauce on top of panna cotta. Add fresh berries and mint.
