Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 1/2 packages gelatin, unflavored
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig mint

How To Make lemon, honey, and vanilla sour cream panna cotta

  • Step 1
    -Add milk and half and half to sauce pan. Pour gelatin over milk mix and sit for 5 mins to soften -On low to med heat whisk in sugar until gelatin and sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Barely simmering -Off heat add sour cream, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Pour in ramekins or glasses -Set in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  • Step 2
    Coulis -In a sauce pan add frozen berries, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook on med heat for 5-8 mins. Add cornstarch -Strain through fine sieve. Place thick sauce in the fridge to cool.
  • Step 3
    -Pour sauce on top of panna cotta. Add fresh berries and mint.
