Ingredients For lemon butter

  • 6 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 lb
    salted butter
  • 1 lb
    sugar
  • 3 lg
    lemons, the rind and juice

How To Make lemon butter

  • 1
    Mix together and set in a pan of hot water to cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until the lemon butter is smooth and creamy.
