My granddaughter Kat (10yrs. old) found this in our local grocery store. She loves to cook, but still has a hard time reading recipes. She does not like to ask questions. She made a couple of mistakes, But we all loved it.

6 ounces container nonfat yogurt, flavor of your choice
1 medium zespri green or gold kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
4 small animal crackers

How To Make kiwifruit carousel parfait - kid friendly dessert

Step 1

Arrange kiwifruit around edge of small glass or bowl.

Step 2

Top with yogurt and animal crackers
Step 3

Kat used vanilla yogurt, forgot to peel the kiwifruit. Kat figured the recipe wrong and I had to run back to the store to get more yogurt. Kat broke up some of the animal crackers into the yogurt which made for a nice cruncy taste. Kat used choclate anumal cookies. We all enjoyed the dish and was fun watching her make them all..
