A friend emailed me this recipe.......I haven't made it as yet but couldn't resist posting it.

Ingredients

1 package strawberry jell-o
1/2 package lemon jello
1 large apple, grated
4 tablespoons sugar

How To Make jello snow

Step 1

Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. When cool, pour into sherbet glasses, filling them ¾ full. Refrigerate. When firm, pile apple snow on top.

Step 2

Dissolve ½ pkg lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. When cool and slightly thickened, whip to the consistency of thick whipped cream. Then add grated apple and sugar. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
