homemade cinnamon rolls
It's a really good recipe and easy. I used container of cream cheese frosting. You can make homemade frosting by combining 1 1/2 C powdered sugar and 4 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Mix frosting ingredients well and spread on rolls.

- 2 cups jiffy baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
How To Make homemade cinnamon rolls

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Grease a 8 inch square pan.

Step 2Combine baking mix and milk. Blend well.

Step 3On floured surface, knead approximately 10 times or until dough is no longer sticky to the touch.

Step 4Roll out to a 15x8 rectangle, spread with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of butter. Roll up and slice into 1 inch wide pieces.

Step 5Place in pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
