ABOUT: This is a Holiday Gingerbread based Recipe. It is a nice Gingerbread treat and the perfect thing to bring with you to Holiday Parties! This fun pint size treat makes upwards of a Dozen Truffles!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon all spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- AS NEEDED
- 1 tablespoon milk
- OPTIONAL
- - cocoa powder
- - melted chocolate
How To Make gingerbread truffles

Step 11.Beat Molasses, Sugar, and butter and mix in Vanilla until Fluffy for roughly 2 to 3 minutes either by hand or with a Mixer

Step 22. Sift together the Dry ingredients – Flour, All Spice, Cinnamon, Ginger, salt

Step 33. Combine the two together mixing them at a low speed

Step 44. If it’s Crumbly add 1 tablespoon of Milk to your mix

Step 55. Mix until it all comes together as a Dough mix

Step 66. Chill In the Fridge 30 Minutes

Step 77. Roll into Balls and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes

Step 88 Optional: leave plain, or roll the balls in Cocoa Powder or Melted Chocolate – if rolling in melted Chocolate I recommend another round of chilling after you dip your balls

Step 98. GOOD for up to 5 days if Refrigerated
