We make gingerbread cookies for Christmas every year, and I love those flavors. This recipe has all that deliciousness in a brownie form. These are so rich, you don't need any frosting! This is a quick and easy treat to whip up on chilly days. Enjoy :)

Ingredients For gingerbread blondies

    butter, salted
  • 2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 3/4 tsp
    clove, ground
  • 2 dash
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger paste

How To Make gingerbread blondies

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, salt, and dry spices in a small bowl, set aside.

    Melt butter in microwave and let cool for a few minutes.

    Add melted butter to brown sugar in large mixing bowl and beat on low until combined. Beat in vanilla and eggs.

    Add molasses, ginger paste, and flour mixture. Mix until combined.

    Spread mixture into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 23-25 minutes.
