We make gingerbread cookies for Christmas every year, and I love those flavors. This recipe has all that deliciousness in a brownie form. These are so rich, you don't need any frosting! This is a quick and easy treat to whip up on chilly days. Enjoy :)

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, salted
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
- 3/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- 2 dashes salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
How To Make gingerbread blondies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, salt, and dry spices in a small bowl, set aside.

Step 2Melt butter in microwave and let cool for a few minutes.

Step 3Add melted butter to brown sugar in large mixing bowl and beat on low until combined. Beat in vanilla and eggs.

Step 4Add molasses, ginger paste, and flour mixture. Mix until combined.

Step 5Spread mixture into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 23-25 minutes.
