Borrowed this from a friend and it has become a favorite at home and at work. Great with blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries. I plan to try it with fresh peaches and apples. Will add a little cinnamon to the apples to make it more like a pie. ENJOY!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter--melted
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh fruit
  • 1/4 cup white sugar optional for crispy glaze

How To Make fruit cobbler

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add melted butter to sugar, flour,& milk. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Grease a small baking dish. I use a 9x9 inch cake pan.
  • Step 3
    Pour batter into the pan, add the fruit, and bake. 350 degrees for an hr, then you can sprinkle with another 1/4 cup of sugar for a crisp glaze and bake for another 10 min.
  • Step 4
    Serve warm or cold. Great with whipped cream, ice cream, or plain. As you wish.
