Flourless Brownies (Low Sugar, too!)
3/4 calmond meal
2/3 cagave nectar
1/2 cchopped walnuts
1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
2eggs, slightly beaten
5 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cvegetable oil
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Flourless Brownies (Low Sugar, too!)
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread batter into pan.
- Bake until edges begin to pull away from side of pan, about 30 minutes. (Do not overbake).
Let cool about 5 minutes before slicing.
