This is a quick and easy dessert everyone will rave about. You'll find the batter for these strawberry brownies is pretty thick. We found it easiest to pat it into the pan. This recipe is quickly going to become a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix (no pudding)
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor (optional)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. -
Step 2Line 8" or 9" pan with parchment; spray with Pam.

Step 3Add cake mix, eggs and oil to bowl; mix well. Place into pan.

Step 4Bake 10-15 minutes or until cracks appear on surface of brownies; do not over bake.

Step 5Mix powdered sugar, water and extract (optional) until smooth.

Step 6Let brownies cool 10-15 minutes; spread with glaze. Refrigerate brownies for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
