• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Step 2
  Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add 15 Oreo cookies on the baking dish. Pour sweet condensed milk all over the cookies.

  In a food processor, combine 5 Oreo cookies, melted margarine and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, grind for 5 minutes or until very fine. Place on a small bowl and set aside.
• Step 4
  Place remaining oreo cookies in a large ziplock bag. Crush it with a rolling pin. Set aside.
• Step 5
  In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, pudding mix, cream cheese, sugar, crushed cookie crumbs and remaining vanilla extract; whisk together for 3 minutes or until smooth.
• Step 6
  Spread cookies and cream mixture onto Oreo cookies in the baking dish. Slowly add devil's food cake mix and fine cookie crumbs from small bowl and spoon widely, but do not mix it.
• Step 7
  Add margarine slices on top.
• Step 8
  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
