  • 1 c
    dry old fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Energy Balls


  1. Stir all ing. together until mixed well.
  2. Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour
  3. Once chilled roll into 1 inch balls
  4. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  5. * can add chopped dried fruit, apricots, dates, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries
  6. ** If to dry, add a little more honey
