These are very filling and great for snacks or breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make energy balls

  • Step 1
    Stir all ing. together until mixed well. **
  • Step 2
    Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour
  • Step 3
    Once chilled roll into 1 inch balls
  • Step 4
    Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  • Step 5
    * can add chopped dried fruit, apricots, dates, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries
  • Step 6
    ** If to dry, add a little more honey
