dry old fashioned oats
1 c
toasted coconut flakes
1/2 c
chocolate chips
1/2 c
peanut butter
1/2 c
ground flaxseed
1/3 c
honey
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Energy Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Stir all ing. together until mixed well.
    **
  • 2Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour
  • 3Once chilled roll into 1 inch balls
  • 4Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  • 5* can add chopped dried fruit, apricots, dates, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries
  • 6** If to dry, add a little more honey
