- 3 tablespoons (3 envelopes) unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 3/4 cups commercial dairy eggnog
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How To Make eggnog rum gelatin

Step 1In a saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and let sit 2 minutes. Bring just to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients, stirring until mixture is smooth.

Step 2Pour into a 6-cup mold, or 6 1-cup ramekins. Refrigerate until set, 3-6 hours.

Step 3Unmold and serve.
