egg fluff
(1 RATING)
This is a desert served by my Quaker grandmother before we had to worry so much about food origins. Someone pointed out to me yesterday "that they do sell pasteurized eggs and egg whites just for this sort of thing." When I was a child it was one of my favorite deserts next to angel food cake. It comes from a recipe book passed down to her from her mother. That book is in taters now but I still enjoy reading it.
