It comes from a recipe book passed down to her from her mother. That book is in taters now but I still enjoy reading it.

- 3-4 Tbsp
How to Make Egg Fluff
- 13-4 egg whites, beaten until they stand in soft peaks
3 or more tablespoons Jelly whipped gradually into egg whites until well incorporated.
Serve as a desert. Helps digestion.
