Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (i prefer pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 package milk chocolate chips
How To Make double delight fudge

Step 1Combine sugar, milk and butter in a pan. Bring to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, nuts and vanilla. When melted and well blended divide mixture in half. Add semisweet chips to one half and milk chocolate chips to the other half. Stir until melted and well blended. Grease and 8x8 pan well. Pour in semisweet mixture then layer with milk chocolate. Chill at least 4 hours or until firm, cut into squares. Makes about 2 1/4 lbs.

Step 2I make a double batch and put it into a 9x13. Everybody loves this fudge!~
