200 g
milk
200 g
sugar
20 g
butter, room temperature

How to Make Homemade sweetened condensed milk. Yummy!

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put sugar, butter and milk in the pan.
  • 2Mix ingredients and start boiling.
  • 3Carefully mix the foam of milk for a 10 min. If the foam goes out of the pan reduce the temperature of the stove.
  • 4Put the condensed milk into the jar and let it cool down. Than put the jar to the fridge for 5 hours, that way condensed milk becomes thicker.

    *You can mix the condensed milk using a blender before putting into the jar. It looks better. Check the next picture
  • 5Try condensed milk with bread, cookies, pancakes. Use it as a cream for cakes. Add it to the coffee. And enjoy it in your own way!
