  • 1 box
    unsalted soda crackers
  • 1 large
    tub of frozen unsweetened light whip cream
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 can(s)
    unsweetened cherry pie filling

How to Make Diabetic Cherry Flaky


  1. In a 9x13 glass pan place one layer of unsalted crackers. Cover the crackers with 1/3 whip cream and 1/2 pudding, repeat process for second layer, for third layer, place a layer of unsalted crackers, 1/3 whip cream and top with 1 whole can of unsweetened cherry pie filling
  2. Refridgerate this delectable dessert for 24 hours before serving. This gives the crackers time to get moist and separate like a flaky pie!
