Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cold butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
How To Make crumb topped banana muffins

Step 1In bowl mix first 4 ingredients,Mix bananas, sugar, egg and butter, add in dry ingredients, mix well, but dont over mix, line muffin tins with cupcake liners, fill tins 3/4 full.

Step 2Combine all ingredinets for topping, except the nuts, mix well and sprinkle over muffin mix, sprinkle with nuts, and bake, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, Bake at 350
