Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- pinch salt
- 4 - eggs
- 1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups half and half
How To Make cream puffs

Step 1Heat water and butter to boiling adding salt. Pour in flour, all at once and beat taking off heat. Add one egg at a time and beat into mixture. Mount with spoon onto baking pan (no greased) and bake at 425 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Tops will look dry.

Step 2Whip the pudding and 1/2 and 1/2 . When puffs are cool slice in 1/2 and add filling. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
