How to Make Cream Puffs
- Heat water and butter to boiling adding salt. Pour in flour, all at once and beat taking off heat. Add one egg at a time and beat into mixture. Mount with spoon onto baking pan (no greased) and bake at 425 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Tops will look dry.
- Whip the pudding and 1/2 and 1/2 .
When puffs are cool slice in 1/2 and add filling. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
