Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter softened, cubed
- FILLING
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 tsp - salt
- 3 - eggs
- 13/4 - sugar
- 1/3 cup - lemon juice
- 2 cups - fresh or frozen cranberries, quartered
- 2 cups - shredded or flaked coconut
How To Make cranberry-lemon squares

Step 1in large bowl, whisk flour, sugar and salt. Sprinkle with butter cut in with a pastry blender until crumbly then press into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan to level. Bake at 350 degrees til golden brown about 20 min.

Step 2Filling-In small bowl whisk flour, baking powder,and salt, set aside. in separate large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar and lemon juice whisk in flour mixture. Stir in cranberries and coconut. Scrape onto base.

Step 3Reduce heat to 325 degrees. bake til golden and filling is firm about 45 to 55 mins. Let cool cut into squares and Enjoy!!
