On a search for something with cranberries and apples, both of which I love, I found this recipe in 2002 on Granny's Coupons website. I looked for it again just before posting this, but can't find it.

Ingredients
- FILLING
- 5 cups sliced, peeled tart apples
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup cranberries
- 3 pounds tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
How To Make cranberry apple cobbler

Step 1Mix the apples, 1 1/4 C sugar, cranberries, tapioca, cinnamon and water in a large saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into a 2 quart (8 cups) baking dish. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.

Step 2Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until the mixture resembles cornmeal. Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto the hot apple mixture.

Step 3Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
