- 1 - 12-inch boboli pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces brie, softened and rind removed
- 3/4 cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make cranberry and brie pizza

Step 1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2Cut softened brie into 1/2-inch cubes.

Step 3Brush Boboli crust with olive oil. Spread cubes of cheese on the crust.

Step 4Place cranberry sauce in a small bowl, stir to break up pieces. Spoon sauce by teaspoonsful evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with pecans.

Step 5Bake 8 minutes, then cut into 16 wedges.
