These are so much fun for the kids. My kids love to make these for any occasion. They are great to take for school parties as well. But making these on boring afternoon is always best. This is one of the things my kids do when they are at their Nana's. She loves to find fun things for them to do. You can use any flavor cake mix or frosting.

1 package cake mix, any flavor
- you will also need all the ingredients the cake mix calls for: eggs, oil, water
24 - flat bottom ice cream cones
1-1/2 can frosting of your choice

How To Make cone cupcakes w/nana

Step 1

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Mix cake ingredients according to the package.

Step 2

Fill each of the cones approximately 2/3 full. Place ice cream cone in a muffin pan and gently place in oven on middle rack and back for 16-22 minutes. Insert toothpick for doneness.
Step 3

Once done, allow to cool, and cover each with icingand decorate as desired.
