Coffee Parfait

Pat Duran

I had this dessert recipe for quite awhile . I used to make it when I lived in New Mexico .It has a very smooth ,but distinctive rich coffee taste,,The whipped topping mixture is very tasty and could be used on many different desserts, pie or cakes or other puddings . The lemon jello does not have a heavy flavor in this dessert. Try it you will love it if you like coffee!
