Ingredients

200gdesiccated coconut
-
1/2 can(s)condensed milk (300ml)
-
1/2 cbutter or margaraine
-
1/2 cwhite sugar
-
2 largeeggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
·raisins
-
100 pcsor 3/4oz. baking cups / small baking cups ( i used assorted color)
How to Make Coconut Macaroons
- Cream the butter using a wooden spoon.
Add all the ingredients into the butter mixture & mix well.
Drop a spoonful of a mixture into the paper cups. Mix the butter once in a while.
Bake 10-13 minutes @ 300°F or until light brown.
