This recipe is very easy to prepare & shall i say one of the best coconut macaroon recipes around...hmmmn yummy....!

Ingredients
- 200g - desiccated coconut
- 1/2 can condensed milk (300ml)
- 1/2 cup butter or margaraine
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - raisins
- 100 pcs - or 3/4oz. baking cups / small baking cups ( i used assorted color)
How To Make coconut macaroons

Step 1Cream the butter using a wooden spoon. Add all the ingredients into the butter mixture & mix well. Drop a spoonful of a mixture into the paper cups. Mix the butter once in a while. Bake 10-13 minutes @ 300°F or until light brown. Enjoy cooking
