chocolate cashew butter pretzel bites
I love the combination of salty and sweet. These little bite size treats are perfect. This treat is when chocolate dipped peanut butter ritz* cracker sandwiches meet up with peanut butter balls. A marriage made in heaven!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew butter (may substitute peanut butter)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 bag pretzel squares (i use snaps^)
- 1 package chocolate candy melts (or candy quick^)
How To Make chocolate cashew butter pretzel bites

Step 1In a large bowl, combine cashew butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter. mix until creamy. Note: I find it best to use my clean hands to mix the ingredients.

Step 2Put a generous amount of cashew butter mixture on a pretzel square. Top with a second pretzel square forming a little pretzel sandwich.

Step 3Melt the chocolate according to package directions. Dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate , let excess chocolate drip off and place on waxed paper to harden.

Step 4Place in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Bring out for at least 30 minutes to get to room temperature.
