How To Make cherry delight

1Mix the crushed graham crackers with the butter and sugar. Press it into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

2Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

3In a separate bowl using a hand mixer on medium beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

4Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust using an offset spatula. Carefully spoon the cherries over the whipped cream mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
