Ingredients For cherry delight

  • GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
  • 1 1/2 c
    cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter unsalted or salted
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • CHERRY DELIGHT FILLING
  • 8 oz
    block cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • (1) 21 oz
    can premium cherry pie filling

How To Make cherry delight

    Mix the crushed graham crackers with the butter and sugar. Press it into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

    Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

    In a separate bowl using a hand mixer on medium beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

    Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust using an offset spatula. Carefully spoon the cherries over the whipped cream mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
