Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 jars marshmallow cream
- 1 package cool whip
- 1 box nilla wafers
- - sliced fruit; strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc
How To Make cheesecake bites

Step 1Beat cream cheese & marshmallow cream together. Fold in Cool Whip.

Step 2Place mini muffin liners in mini muffin tins. Put a Nilla Wafer in each liner.

Step 3Spoon or pipe mixture onto Nilla Wafers. Refrigerate a few hours to set up.

Step 4I like to add strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc. on top. Also, drizzling melted chocolate on them makes them even better. Shaved chocolate would look great also.

Step 5Other ideas: top with toasted coconut, slivered almonds, etc. For Easter, green coconut; For Christmas, red or green coconut; for July 4th, strawberries & blueberries.

Step 6I have made for wedding & baby showers and recently for a Sweet 16 Birthday. Very easy, but very elegant & they are bite sized so nobody feels guilty eating one.
